These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of our products. They outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer, as well as our obligations to you. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Snap On Veneers Ltd (Company No. 16236202), trading as ‘SnapSmiles.’ Our principal office is located at 5 Iffley Turn, Oxford, OX4 4DU.

“You” or “Your” refers to the person purchasing products from us.

If we need to contact you, we will do so via the phone number, email, or postal address you provided when placing your order.

"Writing" includes emails.

“Product” refers to any of the following: Impression Kit, Snap-on Veneers, Warranties, Customer Service, and Express Production.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

SnapSmiles offers custom-made removable cosmetic veneers. As each product is individually crafted, variations in size, shape, and structure may occur, including for repeat orders.

3. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We aim to create products that fit securely and enhance your smile, provided we receive an accurate dental impression from you. If this is not achievable, we will notify you promptly.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 You must provide a precise dental impression and images of your natural teeth to ensure suitability for our product.

4.2 If you choose to use an impression previously provided to us, you accept full responsibility for its accuracy. We are not liable for any fit issues arising from outdated impressions.

4.3 If a product arrives defective and you provide sufficient evidence, we will offer a remake.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5.1 We do not provide medical or dental advice. If you have any oral health concerns, please consult a dental professional before purchasing.

5.2 We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products unless due to our negligence.

5.3 Our products are designed solely for cosmetic use. We cannot guarantee fit if incorrect details are provided at the time of ordering.

5.4 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

6. PRODUCT USAGE GUIDELINES

6.1 Eating While Wearing the Product Some users may be able to eat soft foods while wearing the product, though this is not guaranteed and depends on your natural teeth and bite.

6.2 General Wear Veneers may be worn as frequently as desired but should be removed for cleaning. Overuse may lead to breakage. Do not wear them while sleeping.

6.3 Adhesives Certain users may require dental adhesive for added retention. Our products are compatible with most leading dental adhesive brands.

6.4 Possible Side Effects No side effects are expected under normal use. However, if you experience discomfort, discontinue use and contact us.

6.5 Age Restriction Customers under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent to make a purchase.

7. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. A legally binding contract is established once we issue an electronic order confirmation.

8. CONTRACT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to cancel an order or terminate the contract if:

8.1 Payment is not received within seven days of the due date.

8.2 You fail to provide an accurate impression within 90 days of ordering.

8.3 False or misleading information is provided.

8.4 You change your delivery address without notifying us, resulting in non-delivery.

8.5 You engage in defamatory or fraudulent activities against our business or employees.

8.6 Your order remains inactive for 12 months, with no communication for at least six months.

8.7 A chargeback is initiated against your payment.

8.8 Impressions are returned without our prior written authorization.

8.9 Changes in your dental profile after ordering affect impression accuracy or product suitability.

By continuing with your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.

9. Cancellation and Returns

9.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Self-Impression Kit, provided that it remains unopened and unused. You must return it at your own expense using a tracked delivery service.

9.2 To initiate a cancellation, you must inform us before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. Contact details for cancellations are available on our website.

9.3 A restocking fee of £20 will be deducted from any refund to cover processing costs. If the return is not received within 14 days of cancellation or is not in a resellable condition, an administrative charge of £120 will apply.

9.4 If you choose to cancel your order, you may not use the provided returns label. If you do so, a £50 charge will be applied. Similarly, refusing delivery of your order will result in a £50 charge.

9.5 Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase unless an alternative method is expressly agreed upon by us.

9.6 As our product is custom-made, it is non-refundable beyond the cooling-off period. For further details, you can review UK laws on custom-made items.

10. MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

10.1 If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately. Once manufacturing has begun, modifications are not possible.

10.2 If changes are possible, we will inform you of any price adjustments, revised delivery dates, or other necessary modifications. You will need to confirm if you wish to proceed.

11. CHANGES WE MAY MAKE

11.1 We reserve the right to modify products without prior notice:

To comply with legal or regulatory changes.

To incorporate technological advancements.

To implement improvements that address fit or aesthetic concerns.

11.2 Any changes should not materially impact the intended use of the product.

12. PRICING

12.1 Product pricing:

Is listed in GBP (£).

Includes delivery fees.

Includes VAT where applicable.

12.2 Prices are as listed on our website at the time of ordering. We take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy.

12.3 Pricing Errors

If an error is found after an order is placed:

If the correct price is lower than advertised, we will charge the lower amount.

If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for further instructions before processing the order.

If an obvious mispricing occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and issue a full refund.

13. DELIVERY

13.1 We use tracked courier services to deliver our products to the address provided at the time of ordering.

13.2 Impression kits are dispatched within three business days of order placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

13.3 The final product is typically manufactured within 14 days from receipt of a valid impression.

13.4 Orders outside the UK may incur additional shipping fees, which are non-refundable upon cancellation.

13.5 We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimize disruptions.

13.6 Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery, including if left at a designated location (e.g., porch, outbuilding, neighbor’s residence within one mile).

14. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

14.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company.

14.2 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.

14.3 This contract is between you and us. No other party has rights under these terms.

14.4 If any part of these terms is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.5 Failure to enforce any part of this contract does not waive our right to do so later.

14.6 These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice for future orders.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

15.1 You own the physical product for personal use but do not acquire any associated intellectual property rights.

15.2 Any attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our technology, methods, or designs may result in legal action.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, and labor disputes.
