These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of products supplied by Snap On Veneers Ltd, trading as SnapSmiles ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are & How to Contact Us

2. Nature of Our Products (Important Notice)
SnapSmiles products are custom-made, removable cosmetic snap-on veneers.
They are:
- Cosmetic overlays only
- Designed solely to enhance the appearance of your smile
They are NOT:
- Medical or dental devices
- Dental appliances, orthodontics, or dentures
- A substitute for professional dental treatment
Our products do not treat, correct, repair, or prevent any dental condition.
If you have tooth pain, gum disease, loose teeth, dental restorations (crowns, bridges, implants), or are undergoing dental treatment, you should consult a qualified dentist before purchasing.
3. Custom-Made Products
All SnapSmiles products are made to order using impressions and images supplied by you. As such:
- Minor variations in fit, shape, colour, and appearance are normal
- Results vary depending on your natural dentition and bite
- Repeat orders may differ slightly from previous orders
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
4.1 Providing accurate, up-to-date dental impressions and images
4.2 Ensuring impressions reflect your current dental condition
4.3 Understanding that changes to your teeth after impressions are taken may affect fit
4.4 Following all usage, care, and safety instructions provided
If you choose to reuse a previous impression, you accept full responsibility for its accuracy.
5. Fit Issues & Remakes
If a product arrives defective or does not correspond to the impression supplied, we may offer a remake at our discretion, provided you supply reasonable photographic or video evidence within a reasonable timeframe.
Fit issues caused by inaccurate impressions, dental changes, misuse, or failure to follow instructions are not our responsibility.
6. Usage & Safety Guidelines
6.1 Eating SnapSmiles veneers are not designed for chewing hard or sticky foods. Some users may tolerate soft foods; this is not guaranteed.
6.2 General Wear Do not wear while sleeping or exercising. Remove regularly for cleaning. Excessive force or prolonged wear may cause breakage.
6.3 Adhesives Some users may use dental adhesive at their own discretion. We do not supply or recommend specific adhesive brands and accept no liability for their use.
6.4 Discomfort If you experience pain, irritation, bleeding, or discomfort, stop using immediately and consult a dentist.
6.5 Age Restriction Customers must be 18 or over, or have parental/guardian consent.
7. No Medical or Dental Advice
We do not provide medical or dental advice. Any information provided is for general cosmetic guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
8.1 Our products are used entirely at your own risk
8.2 We are not liable for:
- Injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions
- Dental damage, allergic reactions, or discomfort
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
8.3 Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Ordering & Contract Formation
A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including incorrect information, misuse, or suspected fraud.
10. Cancellations & Returns
10.1 Impression Kits You may cancel within 14 days of receiving an unopened, unused impression kit. Returns must be tracked and are at your expense.
10.2 Restocking & Administration Fees A £20 restocking fee applies. Additional administrative charges may apply if items are returned late, used, or non-resellable.
10.3 Custom-Made Products Once manufacturing has begun, orders are non-refundable in accordance with UK consumer law on personalised goods.
10.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
11. Changes to Orders
Changes must be requested immediately. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.
12. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order or seek confirmation at the correct price.
13. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery, including delivery to a nominated safe place.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, processes, branding, and materials remain our intellectual property. You purchase the product for personal use only.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, natural disasters, pandemics, or government action.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
